4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the course has not been substantially accessed. Requests after this window or after substantial progress will be denied. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, templates, recordings, and design assets remain the exclusive property of Desiganora Atelier or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
• Use the platform to upload harmful or illegal material.
• Interfere with the site's functionality or security.

7. Limitation of Liability

Desiganora Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in San Francisco, California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
